把不同轉速下的Q-H曲線畫在同一張圖上，并把各轉速下效率相等的值投射到相應轉速的Q-H曲線上，把這些等效值的點連成曲線稱為等效率曲線。這種特性曲線稱為泵的通用特性曲線，如圖2 -45所示。利用通用特性曲線，就可以方便地確定出在任何一-組(Q、H)值下的轉速(n)與效率(η)值。

The Q-H curves at different speeds are drawn on the same graph, and the values of equal efficiency at each speed are projected onto the Q-H curves at the corresponding speed. Connecting the points of these equivalent values into a curve is called equal efficiency curve. This characteristic curve is called the general characteristic curve of the pump, as shown in Figure 2-45. By using the general characteristic curve, the values of rotational speed (n) and efficiency (η) under any group (Q, H) can be easily determined.
