、離心泵的結(jié)構(gòu)
    典型離心泵的結(jié)構(gòu)如圖1-1所示。離心泵主要由吸入室、葉輪、排出室(蝸殼)、軸、密封填料、軸向力平衡裝置和支座等構(gòu)成。

離心泵的過流部件包括吸室、葉輪及排出室(蝸殼)。

1. 吸入室

室位于葉輪進(jìn)口前,其作用是把液體從吸管引葉輪,要求液體流過吸入室時(shí)流動(dòng)損失較小.并使液體流入葉輪時(shí)速度分布較均勻。
2.葉輪

葉輪是離心泵的唯一做功部件,液體從葉輪中獲得能量。對(duì)葉輪的要求是在流動(dòng)損失最小的情況下使單位質(zhì)量液體獲得較高的能頭。
3.排出室

排出室常用的結(jié)構(gòu)是由螺旋室加擴(kuò)壓管所組成的蝸殼,位于葉輪出口之后,其作用是把從葉輪內(nèi)流出來的液體收集起來并送入下一級(jí)葉輪入口或送入排出管。更重要的作用是由于液渣漿泵

體流出葉輪時(shí)速度很大,為了減小后面管路或泵中的流動(dòng)損失,利用蝸殼的擴(kuò)壓管或多級(jí)泵常用的導(dǎo)葉中擴(kuò)壓流道把速度能轉(zhuǎn)換為壓力能,提高泵的效率。

1、 Structure of centrifugal pump

The structure of a typical centrifugal pump is shown in Figure 1-1. Centrifugal pump is mainly composed of suction chamber, impeller, discharge chamber (volute), shaft, sealing packing, axial force balancing device and support.

The overflow parts of centrifugal pump include suction chamber, impeller and discharge chamber (volute).

1. inhalation room

The suction chamber is located in front of the impeller inlet. Its function is to introduce the liquid from the suction pipe to the impeller. It requires that the flow loss of the liquid passing through the suction chamber is small and the velocity distribution of the liquid flowing into the impeller is relatively uniform.

2. impeller

Impeller is the only working part of centrifugal pump, and liquid obtains energy from impeller. The requirement of impeller is to make the unit mass liquid obtain higher energy head under the condition of minimum flow loss.

3. discharge chamber

The common structure of the discharge chamber is a volute composed of a spiral chamber and a diffuser, which is located behind the impeller outlet. Its function is to collect the liquid flowing from the impeller and send it to the inlet of the next impeller or into the discharge pipe. The more important role is due to the slurry pump

In order to reduce the flow loss in the pipeline or pump, the speed energy is converted into pressure energy by the diffuser of volute or the diffuser channel in the guide vane commonly used in multistage pump to improve the efficiency of pump.
