多吸頭排污泵
一、多吸頭排污泵的工作原理
多吸頭排污泵是容積來的一種，圖2-10是其結構簡圖。它是靠泵體、泵蓋、偏心轉子和滑片之間形成的容積(稱基元容積)的周期性變化吸、排液體的泵。由圖可看出、泵轉子為圓柱形，轉子上有若干個槽，每個槽內(nèi)置有滑片。轉子在泵殼內(nèi)偏心安裝，其偏心距為e?；?/span>片可在轉子的糟內(nèi)徑向滑動。滑片就離心力、彈簧力或液體壓力壓向殼體，使滑片端部緊貼殼體而保證密封。吸入、排出口靠轉子與殼體之間很小的間隙密封分開。
當轉子旋轉時，在吸入側的基元容積不斷增大，將液體吸入基元容積。當基元容積達最大值時,基元容積與吸入口脫離而與排出口連通。轉子繼續(xù)旋轉,基元容積逐漸變小,將液體排出。轉子旋轉一周，滑片在槽內(nèi)往復一次，各基元容積變大、變小一次，完成一次吸人、排出過程。
若將泵做成偏心距可變化的結構，則可以調(diào)節(jié)流量。若制成一轉中兩次吸入、兩次排出的結構，則稱雙作用多吸頭排污泵。

As the rotor continues to rotate, the volume of the element decreases and the liquid is discharged. Rotor rotation around, slide in the slot to and fro once, the volume of each unit increased, decreased once, to complete a suction, discharge process. If the pump into a variable eccentricity structure, you can adjust the flow. If made into a two-time inhalation, two-time discharge structure, it is called double-acting multi-suction sewage pump.
